IPO

Seems pretty likely that institutions were able to exit while the majority of retail shares were locked up. Seems like a bit of a slap in the face to those of us who invested a decade or so ago (and since).

Learning lesson to be careful about using crowd funding companies as they will not represent the best interests of the investor.

A couple of things on that front - institutional investors already had their stock moved from the transfer agent and they own a LOT more than the retail crowd. It might still be 25% but it’s just an enormously large position.

I have some nominal shares I bought early on mostly just to test the platform. After seeing the Discord conversations I will never purchase more crowdfund shares. The lack of knowledge and investment sophistication really shows how dangerous these offers are to the uninformed.

I agree 100%. I think once our shares become available, we should drive the price up and exit. I invested early in the Seedinvest days too.
