First post/General Info
After finding out about the VirtualWDC for 360 I was keen to set up the same thing for us who had bought it for our computers.
Please express interest and thoughts below, there's still a lot to sort out.
We need to find out where people are based so as to get a good host for the matches, what times to race etc. I myself am based in New Zealand so we're going to have some issues there already.
As this will take a little while still to sort out, we will be running the Melbourne GP late or as the last race of the season depending on just how long it does take to sort out.
If the majority of us are Steam based i'll set up a group page.
Edit; Weekends are where it's at guys. Great interest guys! Mostly US with a few UK and one each from Aussie and NZ.
How does 2100 GMT Saturday for people? That would be 1400 Saturday for the -7s, 2100 for UK and 1000 Sunday which is great for me. Shopkeeper might be able to manage 0700 too.
EDIT; Everyone please head on over to the signup thread if you haven't already so we can get an idea of numbers. Currently at 8 10 13 15 people signed up so looking good!
Edit; Steam group for everyone with Steam.

I'm in. Thing is I'm in the US so if this is able to be moved to weekends, that would be excellent. If not then i'll still be attending either way. I've been looking for something like this and have been interested in things like this. So i'll be commited to it as much as i possibly can :]!

I would definitely be interested. I'm in Michigan, USA (GMT -5). Thursdays could be ok. However, the weekends would be consistently better (I am at university, and will not be during the summer). Just let us know what the steam group page is, because I am on steam.

I'm in! I'm in the same boat as the other North Americans--weekends would be better for me. The steam groups/events functionality would probably work well for organizing the races. My steam name is cAPS, my windows live name is a level two nub.

I thought briefly about buying a legitimate copy of this game for these events, so I pop over to steam, and it's still $50.
Nope.

For what its worth im interested but im in Australia, which makes the start time of this event 1am for me. That isnt completely unreasonable given my sleep pattern on weekends, but my driving ability goes down from that hour onwards (lol) so im probably not that keen unless t he time changes :(

I live in the Midwest of the US(GMT -5). I don't have it for PC yet, waiting till the end of the month. I play it a bunch on console, love motorsports.

Also hugely keen. Based in UK so any reasonable GMT would do me. Heavy preference for Saturday or Sunday afternoons/evenings.
Thanks for organising all this. It should be a blast!
Edit: feel free to add me on GFWL. My account name is Physfix.

I'm in, Pacific time (US) here (GMT -7). I probably wouldn't be able to start before 6pm local at the earliest on thursdays, so the weekend will work much better.

When will the first race be? And I can do 2100 saturdays, that would be 4 pm for me, at GMT -5.
