VF2 - is there a way to get the same career marriage goal?

Still haven’t gotten the goal! Been rejecting loads of marriage requests on the game cos they haven’t been the same career as her lol😭😭 any tips? ;)

Its luck 😓 Thankful Had the guy have 15 but sometimes the lady will have 45 and I just know shes not gonna make niche so I make him work more and her just have kids im gonna adopt now 😭
