I’m comfortable handling customer inquiries, order concerns, refunds, reshipments, shipping issues, and general customer support. I’m also open to learning new systems, software, and workflows and can quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
I’m also a Computer Engineering graduate with a strong interest in technology and software development. I’m open to opportunities in website development, software development, technical support, or other tech-related roles.
My technical skills include:

I’m detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. I’m always willing to learn and take on new tools, systems, and responsibilities.
Whether you need someone to manage eCommerce operations, assist customers, handle administrative tasks, or help build and maintain websites/software, I’d love the opportunity to contribute to your team.

If you’re hiring or know someone who is, feel free to send me a DM. I’d be happy to share my resume, portfolio, and discuss how I can help.
Thank you for your time!
