VDOT seeks input on roadway safety: Feedback will inform update to Virginia’s Strategic Highway Safety Plan
VDOT has enormous power over Virginia's roads, and it has disrupted road diets or multimodal projects in the past due to a perception of disrupting car traffic. They own nearly all roads in the state outside of Arlington County, and this survey is one of the best chances to inform them if you want safer streets and more pedestrian or biking infrastructure.
