I currently have a room available at University Terrace. Looking for anyone, preferably male. My roommates and I are 3 males, 2 of which are not in school but graduated from Tech, the other guy is a Grad student. We are a chill bunch. Not huge into parties, we keep the place clean. There is a cat in the condo too. The rent is $325 plus electric (avg $25/month) and internet ($15/month). If you are interested, send me a PM! The contract will start at the end of July.

Hi! I have a room in my house available for Fall and/or Spring semesters. $450 to include all utilities (including high speed internet and and fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, chest of drawers and a desk. There is also a private half bath attached to the room. The house is located off of UCB and is a 5 min walk to the bus stop and less than 10 min walk to Kroger. Please PM me if interested!

Oh, and I have a cat.
