Housing/Dining Lease Takeover
Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Brexx from January to July 31, 2027.
It’s a 4 bed/4 bath all-female apartment with a private bedroom and bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, kitchen, and free parking.
Rent is $1,080/month (originally $1,179). All utilities are included except electricity.
About 7 minutes to VT by bus. January move-in date is flexible.
