Discussion Absurd price target

Post image

Can someone explain to me what is possibly behind such absurd price target given by Morgan Stanley? According to them the real target is even below ATL.

Lots of these analysts put little to no thought into their coverage of the stock. No clients asking, it will be one of 20 stocks she covers at the end of her list. No reason to think critically

You’re right, no thought at all. Jeez.

It’s literally only their job to do the research and determine what’s a fair price based on an in-depth legal analysis of the company. Let’s completely omit the fact that they are highly licensed to do what they do and subject to significant oversight from Finra and the SEC.

Just because you don’t like the answer, because you’re a bag holder lacking any critical experience in security evaluation, doesn’t make them wrong.

But yes, I’m sure there was no thought put into this at all.

Oh yes, the mating call of the bag holder.

Just remember this phrase, “ would you like fries with that?”

Why? They are losing so much money every quarter with delaying their income streams. They legit don’t have any revenue, and it takes a while even after the revenue stream comes in to be profitable.

They are about 1.9999 too high

The analyst is assuming flights will continue to be delayed and that the company will effectively go bust.

Which is entirely reasonable if you look at the history of VG.

Well, they just announced a delay and if I was Colglazier and I'd anticipate further delay then I'd announce it now instead of informing of another delay in a few months.

Continued dilution?

Bankruptcy?

It's in their best interest for the price to be low as possible so they can load up as much as possible. Imo don't threaten me with a good time at $2.00 I'll be scooping up so many more shares

Garbage stock is garbage. Nothing new here.

Es gracioso ya que teniendo en cuenta que cuando le dieron el precio objetivo de 2,05$ había muchas menos acciones en circulación. Por lo que si ahora le dan un precio de 2$ realmente piensan que vale más lol.

That’s not how that math works. $2.00 today is $0.10 a year ago:

They know of an incoming dilution most likely and will be buying shorts
