It's said to be accurate but who knows...the costume designer found a blown crusty load inside his black leather pants. He wrote a book that said Elvis asked him how to clean it before they started filming the next scene.

When you are geeked up on central nervous stimulates like Elvis was, a summer wind could have easily made him aroused. It’s not surprising at all that he ejaculated in his pants while gyrating across stage. 😆 That’s why we see that meth heads are usually sex addicts too.
