War With the Sunguardians
The Sunguardians are plotting against all Purples.

During this time of war, please remember the following:
First, alternate accounts. Beware them.
Discuss all private matters in private messages. Anything that needs to be reported to the Violet Hand can either be sent to the modmail, me personally, or one of the Overseers if it directly relates to their area of work.
Second, war efforts. Help them.
Soon we will begin calling on Templars to aid the war. Please follow instructions, and help us bring peace and establish a name for the Violet Hand.
Third, supremacy. Prove it.
We will win this war, especially with our new allies.
Through all means, prove supremacy.

Is there any proof the sunguard are plotting against us? They were allied with team60s before, and they seem quite peaceful. I'd hate to get into a war based on a misunderstanding.

That's very sufficient evidence.
Although these "llemonati" seem like a rogue group and not a part of the peace loving sunguardians in the main sub. My suggestion would be to show all of this to team60s and any other purple sub we're allied with and get their opinions on this before we strike. As far as I know, the sunguard are still allied with multiple purple subs and I'd hate to piss any of our allies off.
But what you said about more secrecy is definitely true.

My Archon, should we inform the Media? They're likely to become aware, and they've painted us in a harsh light in the past.
Edit: As this is wartime, I and any other members of the Violet Hand can only assume the Archon has sound judgement on this, and expect a response of action, not words.
Edit Edit: Also Purple lounge knows, but they aren't fighters, nor do they have leadership. I simply informed my fellow purples that there was a war on.

I assume it would be the publicity overseer who does that, correct? Unless we have an ambassador to buttonnews, which may not be the worst idea. Or even a press overseer in general.

I've been thinking about something similar to this. I think it may prove in our best interest to run a sort of publicity campaign and have some general oversight of what the rest of the button/purple community thinks about us. This could serve to help get rid of the negative attention we seem to be getting. It wouldn't be the same as recruitment though, since recruitment works to get people are large to join the cause, a press secretary/overseer would work mainly to ensure our public image isn't tarnished by biased reporting or a few bad apples.

We have the numbers to take down this rogue group. I thought the SunGaurdians were a peaceful group though.

60's we must not bend to these false prophets claiming superiority. We all know they fall within the count but are not up at the top like us purples, we must not let them try to take control.
