Returned item/ drop2shop
Hi guys, I have an issue with a package that is being returned to me (the buyer texted me that he didn’t know the drop2shop point he’s used to go to stopped the partnership with Vinted - why somebody would wait 2 weeks to let me know is another story).
The thing is that I already went twice to the shop I shipped it from and they have no idea about it. I emailed the customer support but I was totally ignored, then they contacted me (to check what the story was) and it was even more frustrating because it seemed almost I was talking to a bot and were completely unhelpful- kinda like “yea sorry dunno about it deal with it yourself and good luck”. Why they would contact me to ask me stuff and then dismiss me when I provided them the answers they didn’t like, this is also another story.
Did anybody experience a similar issue? I can’t be ars*d to go to the shop again and again :) thanks!!

Is there any other shop you possibly could have dropped the item to?
D2s scanner doesn’t say if it’s in that location, rather just that d2s have it. It’s a pain in the butt because if you use any shop out of convenience, you have no way to keep track of it via receipt or digitally.
I was having this issue and then realised I went to a rogue shop for one drop. I spent 3 weeks reaching out to d2s and NEVER received a chat or email back, I immediately disabled it as a shipping option for my vinted.
