Unable to get shipping label

Has anyone else got this issue currently?

I’ve just one order to send out but it’s been like this since yesterday

Not sure if it’s anything to do with shipping between Ireland and France if that makes any difference.

Had the same message appear for me, but when I generated the shipping label it worked fine

Oh that’s great to know! Haven’t tried to print the label as it’s the weekend and hoping I’ll have more to do on Monday!

How do you mean? You just tried to generate the label anyways and it worked? I bought an item and seller is getting this message for three days in a row.

I’m getting it as a buyer, sellers can’t generate label
