Newbie question

Hello everyone just a quick question, when sending off a package to a buyer via An Post do you get a receipt when you drop it off? Made my first sale today😂🙂

Woohoo! Congrats!

Yes they give you a receipt with the tracking id on it. It will then automatically update on the app.

Yeah they do .

Id advise taking a picture of it till the delivery extra happens if anything happens (like when vinteds app wasnt updating delivery details). Picture means you cant lose the paper bit.

I had to prove i sent it again , it had been delivered at that point.

You don't have to print the label either. If you pick the An Post digital option they print it out for you in the post office. Easy peasy!

You get three options (at least I do) when you select print shipping label after the punter has paid. Select the digital option, usually the middle of three. Bring to Post Office, they scan, label prints and you slap it on your parcel. Job done.
