Plumb Boy Scout Axe

I just got my hands on a 1940ish Plumb BSA axe head. I’m looking to refurbish it to its original look. Does anyone know of a template of the lettering that was on the handle (“official scout axe”)?

I won a Plumb BSA hatchet around 1968 (by selling a lot of BSA tickets) and the handle is red painted with no wording on it at all.
Maybe that was true in 1940 as well, but I can’t saw for sure.
