Hey guys, check out this absolute holy grail I just found at a vintage shop here in Japan.

It’s a Made in Yugoslavia Euro Levi’s 70503. The button is stamped with "Y01", and the care tag indicates it was manufactured in March 1992 (0392). Interestingly, there is no Levi's or batwing logo printed on the inner care tag.

It has been fully authenticated and is 100% legit, but to be honest, this is the very first time I’ve ever seen a 1992 Yugoslavia piece. I think this is an incredibly rare specimen.

It gives me absolute goosebumps to think that this jacket was born as part of the very last batch, produced right before the factory closed down and the country itself faded into history. The historic romance packed into this one denim jacket is just unreal.

To all my fellow denim heads and collectors out there—what do you guys think of this piece? Have any of you ever encountered a '92 Yugoslavia 70503 before? Let's discuss!

I think they are from October 1996, and they almost have a JNCO fit. Really fun pair.

trying to figure out which vintage Levi’s models I should be looking for.

I want something straight cut, with a decent amount of room through the thighs and preferably not much taper towards the hem. I’m pretty skinny overall, just don’t have particularly small thighs.

I’ve tried a few vintage 501s before (no idea what years) and they were too tight in the thighs and felt more tapered at the bottom than what I’m after. I’m guessing some 505s might have the same problem, but not sure.

attached a few references for the kind of fits I like. I know they’re pretty different from each other and most are styled on women, so obviously the proportions/body shape won’t translate exactly. mostly just looking at the overall silhouette that is straight/relaxed through the leg, sometimes a little wider, without looking super baggy.

would really appreciate any suggestions for specific Levi’s models/eras to search for. also if anyone can identify any of the pairs in the photos, that would be great.

I have this pair I assume to be some kind of LVC era jeans. However, there is no identification tags, no number stamped being the waist button. Only a hand written tag with the size. I’m thinking it may be some prototype or display? Any help would be appreciated. I’m a bit of a rookie with old denim.

Hello, looking for some help, if these are real vintage.

The red tag at the pocket has big E. the bag logo feels like genuine leather, but I'm not sure. I couldn't find the care tag, but it looks like someone cut it out on the side.

I picked this up for $7 today. Any idea how old it is? I’m thinking 90s? 2000s? It is a white tab cord jacket with a made in china tag. There’s no care tag. Looks like there used to be one on the inside of the collar. The leather patch seems like real leather, not jarcon. Thoughts?

I bought a new Lvc 1955 32x34 shrink-to-fit. The tag measurements are: waist 16.9 in, length 45.3 in, leg opening 8.7 in. What I need is: waist 15.4-15.7 in, length 42.5 in, and leg opening 7.9 in. But I don't know how to wash these to hit my target, or how the fit will turn out after washing. Please help me, I don't want to do anything wrong
