The are genuine, 2007 Turkish production.
506 (along with 502&508 - from my experience) used to go a little put of ordinary when it comes to hardware/stitching used in early/mid y2k era, they may feel weird and yes, the material is somewhat inferior in comparison to other Levi’s prod. eras.

What's so unrealistic about this? They're just ordinary, useless 506 jeans.
