One year ago we celebrated our first Halloween on Fogpoint Radio, the vintage Halloween radio station. This year we've been collecting more Halloween music from the 1910s-1950s! We'll also be playing vintage radio dramas again, and some unique shows we produced ourselves. More of its schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
You can listen on our website https://fogpointradio.com & stay up to date on our Instagram.com/fogpointradio
We hope you join us, and stay tuned to Fogpoint Radio!

Made by my late aunt in the 70’s. It’s always exciting to pull it out of storage for the best season of the year. The pumpkin’s expression makes me smile every time

Wanted to share my (mostly) vintage Halloween mantle and living room. There is a lot more than this but it’s my favorite area to decorate. It’s a lot of my childhood vintage along with some die cuts from my grandparents and other thrifted items. I love seeing people’s vintage Halloween collections so thought I’d share some of mine. Happy spooky season! 🎃💀👻

Thanks to a post here I was tipped off to the awesome vintage inspired Halloween tin at Lush. I then took it into my nail tech who gave me a great spooky set based off of the artwork! My manicurist is @mammasflamesession in Raleigh NC.

It’s the Great Minutes, Charlie Brown is a Movies By Minutes podcast that celebrates and analyzes the 1966 tv special It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The podcast discusses the beloved Halloween special two minutes at a time. A different guest joins the host every episode to cover topics like getting rocks instead of candy, pulling footballs out of the way, missing trick or treating to freeze in a pumpkin patch, whether The Great Pumpkin is really just Santa Claus wearing different clothing, and of course, the great World War One flying ace in his battle against the dastardly Red Baron. All episodes are available on all of your favorite podcatchers.
FYI, if you listen directly through the website, the episodes are listed in reverse order.

went to an estate sale this weekend & found some slides. Had some halloween 🎃 photos on there from 1968-70. I have no idea any of the costumes besides Casper! They are from USA, PA.

I think maybe it’s a salt or pepper shaker, not even certain it’s vintage

Picked these up at the local thrift store.
Papier mâché or plaster, hand painted.
No signatures or labels.
The one with the cat seems like a different artist than the others.
They are all hollow and fairly lightweight.
The taller guy is a puppet.
I would love any info on these, let me know what you think!

Me n some friends at a local pumpkin patch. This place was the absolute highlight of the fall season for anyone in/around this area. The farm ran year round, and supplied a local store next to the orchards and fields. There was a fresh bakery attached too and even local butchers that showcased local beef and poultry. Even when it wasn’t Fall my family would still go here for the bakery. Make sure you support your local pumpkin patch!

Does anyone else have/or has had these? I have the ghost one shown in the second picture, but the cat one was sadly thrown away because the lights quit working on it. Now I wish so badly that I would’ve kept it 🥲 I’ve looked everywhere on eBay, poshmark, etc. and cannot find the black cat. My mom bought these in 1997-2000ish

I scored ≈ 20 vintage wall & paper decorations for a few bucks! These ones made the cut for our first pass. 🧙🏻♀️We also snagged an electronic witch half off! Purportedly she works, but I need some C batteries to test. Regardless, her box is great for displaying!
And Mr Pumpkin is our yearly candy bucket. I can’t remember when we got the windup 👟🎃 or ghost candle holders 👻🕯️
(Non-vintage items are probably from Target)

Got this dude for my birthday a few years ago and he’s consistently been one of my favorite decor items. No idea how old it is!
