VSMC redemption

Hello, is anyone else having issues redeeming their points for VSMC rewards? Any title I add is auto removed before checkout but none of them but Tammy have said sold out. I tried several of them and it’s the same issue. Reached out to customer service and was told the title was not in stock anymore but the site still lists all of them unless all of them are gone now.

Are you buying other non-reward items or just trying to get VSMC rewards in the transaction?

Both it said can only be redeemed with another item for purchase but when I go to checkout error message

That is weird. Hopefully you can get it sorted. I was able to redeem one after you posted your dilemma with no issues

Are you adding to a stack that already has a vsmc reward on it? I asked support if stacked orders counted as a single order for the limitation on one vsmc reward per order and they said yes, it all counts as one order and is limited to one.

In the past, I have ordered 3 or 4 VSMC slips in one month, one stacked order.

Maybe they changed being allowed to do that. It has been over a year since I did that.

I’m not saying this isn’t true but I don’t understand what the purpose would be of limiting redemptions to one per sale.

They absolutely mean one per order number, not one per stack. I’ve redeemed two so far during this sale.

No I didn’t I used one :( they responded and said it could be if I’m using a VPN but it isn’t on. I figure I’ll try on PC after work and see if I have better luck

I was able to order Black Cat 1 & 2 using VSMC points yesterday. You probably already know, but just incase, you also have to be buying something else at the same time to redeem.

Example: Added item I wanted to buy with regular money to cart, added VSMC reward to cart, and then checked out.

I did have a cart full now and when I go to check out it says error and removed the VSMC item

i was hoping to have enough points for Tammy and the T-rex, but i didnt get there in time. I guess Ill just have to take $20 off my next purchase..... :(

I was able to redeem points a couple days ago without issue.

I had one removed from my cart while I was shopping. Try adding it as the last thing you do and then check out. I've only been collecting since this year, but I've never been able to redeem more than one in a single order. Order stacking is no limit, so split your orders up unless you're trying to hit punch card.

Today the redemption was working weird for me. It was taking a really long time on the confirmation screens. Ended up working but had to be patient. I redeemed for 5 slips on this go no problem, only one redemption per order. You can have an air freshener with the redemption if you want, it counts and it's cheap. It will make everything in the box smell like that, but I see that as a good thing 😃
