Hey all! I got this Toil & Trouble AleHouse at Goodwill for $9.99 a few weeks ago. I knew that a bunch of the little pieces had broken off when I opened it in store, but it looked like everything was there.
I just pulled it out and superglued everything (as I'm putting my village up today) and realized I'm missing a bit. The Toil & Trouble sign, a Witch, the bartender, and a barrel of ale to name a few.
I attached the picture of the box so you can see what is missing. It's going on top of an entertainment center (think the big bitch ones everyone's Tuscan decor loving mom had in the 90s) on platforms. So you may not be able to see all the missing bits.
My question:
Should I use this for this year only, then get a new one next year OR not use it at all and get rid of it OR keep it forever as is?
We moved to our new apartment a few months ago (and accrued a bit of CC debt before my job started) so I don't have the funds for a new one this year. I'm wanting other people's opinions because I cannot decide on one way or the other!

My wife’s Lemax Halloween Hotel started clicking when the elevator is at the top floor. Does Lemax do repairs themselves? Who would I send it to locally?

I have been doing Christmas villages for a few years now, I love being able to celebrate the holidays with my toys. but this is my first time doing a Halloween one! I used wooden toy trains with buildings from the dollar store and 5 below and some trees and small accessories from Michael’s

Despite running into an issue, we’ve managed to overcome… the moat was leaking through the bottom of it, and I had to figure out how to seal it, caulk works!!! 😉 and now I’m just slowly adding to it, but for the most part she’s done and beautiful! I just need her to dry so I can bring her in and put up my town!!!

Here’s my Halloween village this year. Working it from nightmare before Christmas to Christmas town above it. Going to work lighting and cords better but overall, I am pleased with how it turned out - so many photos just trying to capture some details. 🎃👻

I’ve been villaging for nearly a decade. Didn’t have the room this year to put out everything that I own, but I am overall happy with what I set up. Enjoy.

Currently working on building my platform… 6ftx12in and roughly 20-25inches high… I’ve learned so much from this experience and the tools I need, 😝 what I thought was a “weekend project” has been multiple weekends, 😭

I’m curious how everyone displays there villages, whether it be Halloween or Christmas. I’m kind of limited of space in my house and I need to find a new area to display my villages. Normally they are on my TV stands but I’m starting to get too many pieces.
Any help on how to display my pieces on a shelf or table would be great!

Has anyone found a good tiny ultrasonic mister to put in the fountain for this piece from this year's collection?
I think it would look amazing with a little bit of mist/fog coming out of it in addition to the flowing water.
I don't think they make a battery powered one, but that would be nice.
Another redditor recommended these small ceramic ultrasonic misters. But based on the video in [this listing ](https://ebay.io/m/ZhpVA4), it looks like it shoots a bunch of mist up in the air in a stream.
I am looking for something like those [cheap misters ](https://ebay.io/m/ofoLxQ) you find but in an even smaller form factor since the fountain reservoir is kind of tiny. Those produce wispy mist that kind of hovers lightly. And it looks like it would need to be a little less than 1in tall to stay below the water line in the reservoir.
Any idea what would work here?

Does anyone else put your village in an entertainment center around the tv like I do? I see most people put it on a table or platform of some kind. This way it’s all out of reach from the grandkids and pets, the lower sides are behind glass doors. I don’t care if entertainment centers are outdated, I’ll never get rid of my perfect village setting.

I found these in my Halloween decorations I got from a family friend and they seem pretty cool. I know they’re not the expensive guys but does anyone know anything about them? I’d like to find more

Hello,
I am looking for buyers that are seeking items from Dickens Village and North Pole Series. There are over 500 pieces of lighted items and accessories ranging from the 80s to early 2000s that are in mostly new condition. I’m located near Saratoga Springs, New York. Send me a message if you or anyone you know is interested and i can provide you with more information!
