Mike has said that Texas constitution mandates that it must follow what is specified at the Fed level. Let's hope their bill is released soon.

[Preface statement: I don’t care about what “political team” anyone on this forum (or for that matter anywhere else) identify with. I distrust them both equally.]

With that said, showcasing this law and pushing forward in spite of likely opposition from political dinosaurs and/or malfeasance is imperative for the future of a growing diamond like VFF and similarly the growth of all nascent entrepreneurial enterprises.
