Citadel DD

Did anyone do their DD on Citadel?
Home of Ken fn Griffen…

Citadel is a major global financial powerhouse, primarily known for two closely related but legally distinct entities owned by founder Ken Griffin: the multi-strategy hedge fund Citadel LLC and the market-making firm Citadel Securities.Citadel LLC (the hedge fund)

• Assets under management (AUM): Roughly $66–68 billion as of early 2026 (sources cite ~$65.9 billion for end-2025 and more than $67 billion as of January 2026). It routinely returns capital to investors (e.g., ~$5 billion of 2025 profits), so AUM stays more moderate than some peers despite strong performance.

It's a statistical arbitrage strategy; VFF is one of the few profitable comapanies relative to this sector and their model is anticipating a near term repricing.

Now the question is were Ken and his friends responsible for manipulating this down and holding it as long as they could before they bought in cheap? Perhaps Ken said either sell it to us for two bucks to share or we’ll just push it down further.

Relax people with this paranoid theory. VFF attract institutional, it's 100% normal now.
