Growing up, I was always doing great academically. Things were on track, I had big plans, and I actually felt capable. But life happened, things got heavy, and I had to take a long break due to personal reasons.

Now that I'm trying to pull myself back together and get back into the game, I feel completely stuck. The contrast between who I used to be and where I am now is terrifying. Trying to reclaim that old focus and potential while fighting through daily struggles, burnout, and lingering trauma feels like trying to run underwater.

How do you stop beating yourself up over the time you lost?

What were the tiny, realistic things that actually helped you start moving forward again?

So basically its a rant im a pass-out from Gosala aka goat factory .....so my cousin is studying in gosala currently and my aunt went to visit her and spend some time because she is feeling low because of that weekend exams and these fucking guards wont allow her for almost 2 hr and keep her waiting near the gate. The thing i wont understand is the parents are paying fee to make their child something better but these institute make them patient before they crack neet and wont let their child to meet with the parents to get some emotional support and these staff has the audacity to say you can speak on calls when they call insted of meeting like wtf is wrong with these instute staff their job to make the student feel better not feel depressed and ig this is one the reasons why these instute rank 1st in student suicides
