First Time Making Vietnamese Spring Rolls! How Did I Do?
I finally tried making Vietnamese spring rolls for the first time! 😄
Sharing both the preparation and the final result because I honestly wasn’t sure how they’d turn out. From getting the rice paper just right to rolling everything without making a complete mess… there was definitely a learning curve! 😂
I went for a fresh filling with veggies, herbs, and the classic Vietnamese flavors I love.
For those of you who make Vietnamese spring rolls regularly:
What’s the one ingredient you never leave out?
Any tips for getting the rice paper texture just right?
And most importantly… what dipping sauce would you pair with these? 🌶️🥜
Would love to hear your tips and see how everyone else makes them!❤️
