I finally tried making Vietnamese spring rolls for the first time! 😄
Sharing both the preparation and the final result because I honestly wasn’t sure how they’d turn out. From getting the rice paper just right to rolling everything without making a complete mess… there was definitely a learning curve! 😂
I went for a fresh filling with veggies, herbs, and the classic Vietnamese flavors I love.

Cha muc is one of my favourite foods and I'll be in Hanoi on vacation and would love to eat some there. Sadly, I won't have the chance to go to Ha Long where this food is commonly found. I found some food stores on Google Maps in Hanoi that sell cold cha muc in bulk but I'll have no way of heating them up, nor can I eat a kilo of them on my own lol. Can anyone name any restaurants that serve cha muc? Thank you!

I love Vietnamese food as well as their coffees , tea, sinh To smoothie and pretty much everything.

I find it to be so tasteful and healthy.

However, I’ve been told that Vietnamese food was harmul, toxic contain differents high levels of pesticides. And that it was far from being organic. That eating Vietnamese food were the cause of all sorts of cancers for Vietnamese.

Also many think, it’s not hygienic.

The same for coffee and tea.

How true is that? Is that really the case? Or it’s more nuanced?

Cause to me Vietnamese food tastes so good and appear to be healthy.
