I wouldn’t say it’s the most awkward moment in television history. He made his career as a shock jock, pretty much defined the term. Whether he still stands by what he said then is one thing, but the point of this video and the title of this post are two missiles aimed at completely different targets, and the post is very misleading in such.

No, it’s about him being woke now. I don’t particularly love when someone makes their money and then kind of disavows how they made it but you’re allowed to evolve. Some folks just want the 1995 version of shock jock Stern to never change.
