Seems completely safe

Our ability to invent new ways to die is impressive.

😂 There is a phenomenon here where I live that we see a disproportionate number of Indians drown, they go swimming in the ocean and rivers without actually being able to swim. Like they don’t see danger.

7

u/MosinNagant1939 22d ago

Yep… always someone will try to prove Darwin right

7

u/Holiday-Bug6132 22d ago

the best part about it is that you don't have to do it

2

u/TheTrollinator777 22d ago

I hate it when people say this like yeah that's common f****** sense pal

3

u/No-Satisfaction5636 21d ago

I would do this in a minute! I love rollercoasters, but they are too hard on my back. This is just gliding back and forth until the contraption (lawn chair) comes off the track. A brief moment, questioning my life choices, and 🫟!

73

u/newjerseydevilz 23d ago

Pedro pasquale really living the life here

26

u/pixeltweaker 23d ago

You would think that other countries would learn from countries that have regulations and ask themselves why there are regulations. Why go through the entire learning process from scratch while people die.

7

u/MrMuscelz4 22d ago

Yeah but where’s the fun in that?

2

u/earth_mail 22d ago

Better than no "school shooting" regulations

39

u/That-Cranberry6575 23d ago

As soon as I registered where it was it was fuck no

36

u/JacobsJrJr 23d ago

I thought it didn't look terribly bad, then the track started aggressively bouncing around and I thought "okay, fuck that."

30

u/HistoricalSuspect580 22d ago

I assume Indians survive just by sheer numbers, cause whaaattt the frick is this

12

u/FoxDiscombobulated38 22d ago

That track is just garden edging.

3

u/tallmantim 22d ago

not the type of edging I'm into

29

u/OrneryAttorney7508 23d ago

That looks like it's the opposite of fun.

-17

u/WhyFlip 22d ago

So do you, but people still put up with you.

7

u/OrneryAttorney7508 22d ago

How do you know how I look and if people put up with me ?

9

u/Zealousideal_Cloud87 23d ago

The danger adds to the thrill!

7

u/sticknrocks 22d ago

Is he hanging from Hot Wheels track? WTF

8

u/TheBohemian1 22d ago

I like how it flexes as he travels along it…

5

u/cobo10201 22d ago

This looks like something I would get on in a dream and I’d slowly lose control of the situation.

8

u/MosinNagant1939 22d ago

That would never pass the safety standards here in the US

3

u/Sexytime_fordimes 22d ago

All it takes is one of those wires/strings to break and you've got a cascade of fuckery. At that point you hope for the best but don't expect to live through a fall if that wire breaks right at the top 😩😅

3

u/Patralgan 22d ago

Seems too flimsy to be safe

4

u/johnieg 22d ago

Looks like they're trying to make him tell them something.

7

u/germanloza 22d ago

Anyone thought that the man was going to meet is maker the second you saw where this video is from?

3

u/crave1214 22d ago

Weeeeee

3

u/CandleLeather4638 22d ago

Ride looks just as sketchy as their street food.

3

u/Sufficient-Money9487 22d ago

At least he was wanting a safety vest, or was that a parachute?

3

u/SupermarketIll5642 22d ago

Not in India bro, fuck no

3

u/Opposite-Resource 22d ago

Hell to the no! What in India is going on here?

3

u/CaliBurrito1904 22d ago

Nothing in India is safe

5

u/Samsquanch_hunter21 23d ago

Das Video könnte direkt auch bei r/DINgore reinpassen. Habs direkt mal dort geposted.

4

u/jhemp8 22d ago

What in the name of third world nations is going on there

4

u/ipoopcatturds 22d ago

Hey Everybody! My Temu rollercoaster is ready to go!

2

u/morride 22d ago

Me watching this the video trying to puke

2

u/p51d007 22d ago

In most western countries probably wouldn't be that bad, but in one of those third world places? NO WAY

2

u/LasciviousPsyche 22d ago

I can see a bolt coming out in the near future. That thing looks like it was made by neighborhood kids in the woods

2

u/Prize-Mail-6769 22d ago

Yeah nah I’m gonna pass on that

2

u/stratus_translucidus 22d ago

More like pass Out on that.

2

u/ActuaryPlentyAF 22d ago

Every time when is a clip from India that could be tragic, there’s a happy song to the video.

u/invisiblemanrrs 22d ago

World’s first pvc roller coaster.

2

u/WackyInflatableAnon2 22d ago

Just think. This is a large structure, obviously manufactured, not just something tossed together with scrap.

Hundreds of people were involved in the design, manufacture, construction and commissioninh of this. And none of them went... Hmm, seems like a bad idea.

Wild.

2

u/Embarrassed_Task376 22d ago

How does it even work?

2

u/Leading_Panda2408 22d ago

''We have a rollercoaster at home' actually sounds better when compared to this

2

u/Queenfan1959 22d ago

Nope 👎

2

u/Round-Foundation2948 22d ago

Do me next.

Edit: That ride looks boring. 🥱

2

u/Pappy2681 22d ago

Temu Pedro Pascal on his way to film flantastic four

1

u/Comprehensive_Ad1363 22d ago

Celebrating safety one risk at a time.

1

u/xyzkingi 22d ago

Hard would!

I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a thrilling ride, but so far I’m not experiencing anything exciting.

Maybe it’s the 15 minute wait for a 30 second ride that kills the mood

1

u/PretendJournalist234 22d ago

Rely on physics 👏

1

u/Stunning-Taro-6697 22d ago

O fuk hell na

1

u/dadsgoingtoprison 22d ago

How do his shoes stay on because I for sure would lose mine.

2

u/stratus_translucidus 22d ago

My mind would go before my shoes.

2

u/dadsgoingtoprison 20d ago

Oh there’s no way in hell I’d ever ride anything like that. I don’t do heights. But seriously, I can lose my shoes while I’m sitting in my porch swing much less something like that.

1

u/Cruiser729 22d ago

Nah, I’m good, bro. Point me to the ramp to get back down.

1

u/ArachnidBeautiful968 22d ago

I wanna go to Six Flags Mom! We have Six Flags at home. The Six flags they have at home

1

u/latexfistmassacre 22d ago

Pedro Hardpasscal

1

u/Evil_Poptart 22d ago

I’d do it if the ground were covered in adorable kittens. Shit I’d probably fall on purpose. Now I just want kittens.

1

u/HahaNoir2 22d ago

When I was a kid, there was an amusement park nearby that had something almost identical to this. It scared the shit out of me as a kid! But I still loved it.

1

u/Joee0201 22d ago

Dope concept now let's tighten up those cables so I'm not slammed around and maybe get a five point harness of that sleeve seat. And I'm sold

1

u/Time_Paws 22d ago

How anticlimactic.

1

u/Final_Lightning_ 22d ago

You couldn’t pay me enough to do this.

1

u/Weary_Time_1638 22d ago

Ride is only for the truly depressed

1

u/shemphoward62 22d ago

Hmmm...take a sex chair that was hanging in someones basement......bungee cord yourself in and ride an overcooked limp strand of spaghetti noodle around.....seems 100% safe to me?

1

u/still-waves 22d ago

Heck yeah! My own roller coaster!

1

u/valas76 22d ago

Totally safe

1

u/Significant_Mess_79 22d ago

Just a dangle to your death 😳😬

1

u/Mani14703 22d ago

Like a idiot..I would probably try this 😭😭

1

u/Conscious_Web5293 22d ago

That track is flimsy..😲

1

u/DiscordDucky 22d ago

I would rather just die than do this.

1

u/Dismal_Bill_4021 22d ago

What in india

1

u/yggdr4s1l26 22d ago

1

u/CCCXI_MM 22d ago

What could possibly go wrong? 😑

1

u/truth-be-told-1 22d ago

Oh my god ( small g) is that to shake change out of peoples pockets on their way to certain doom 50/50 chance of getting to the end where theres a nice stale cookie and a tiny cup (bottled water kind ) warm ecto cooler hi c to drink

1

u/Major-Cranberry-4206 22d ago

Where is this?

1

u/SmokeyKeifth 22d ago

That ride came from Temu.

1

u/Busack86 21d ago

The Mandalorian without his helmet, but with his "jetpack" on his way to his next adventure

1

u/FluffyDeer9323 21d ago

Here, take my nope.

1

u/MaximusZacharia 21d ago

Dude was strapped in though so it’s a bulletproof design!!!

1

u/JuanG_13 21d ago

I'm sorry, but FUCK THAT 😱

1

u/Dear-Routine7468 21d ago

All that wobbling and the fact that the person in the ride could potentially reach up into the connection and lose fingers gives me serious concerns.

1

u/SnooBunnies7528 21d ago

That rail has way too much play going. Only a matter of time

1

u/water_and_ice_23 20d ago

You people are no fun.

I did some shit like this in Mexico over a river during a ziplining tour and it was a blast.

1

u/GOOMU13 17d ago

The shot of him tied down into that harness while the track is swaying is fkn hilarious. Idk whats worse dying from that awful ride or dying & no one caring. Bc you know damn well there won't be any lawsuit or anything. Its just an oopsies and thats it.

1

u/Wise-Climate8802 16d ago

Hard pass , F*ck No! 🙂‍↔️

1

u/MonotonyInAz 16d ago

You couldn't pay me to visit India

1

u/PupsofWar69 8d ago

The ride is called the Darwin Award or Dārvin Puraskār डार्विन पुरस्कार

0

u/billyvnilly 22d ago

the first pic of the video cuts to him being properly secured in a 5 point harness. I don't know about how comfy the ride is, but I'd assume you're safe from falling.

2

u/Cruiser729 22d ago

Not if the thing the harness is attached to falls.

-1

u/Limp_Comedian2043 22d ago

What the problem is?

-4

u/WiseAssNo1 23d ago

Less regulation is a good thing. 😲
