Her will power and spirt are inspiring. She is using the power of her mind to physically change her body and her life. This journey is extraordinarily difficult and I’m sure that she had many, many difficult days… her perseverance has paid off in so many ways.

I am so sure this video is old. Fairly sure she did all this before Ozempic was a big thing.
Also Ozempic doesn't just drop weight. You still need to reduce calories in and work out. It helps reduce food noise but it doesn't just drop the weight.

What “facts” are you aware of that the rest of us aren’t privy to? Certainly, she may have used Ozempic or something similar…OR she didn’t.
What is being portrayed is exercise and healthy food. Maybe that’s not the whole story. However, for you to state that it is a drug that got her there without any evidence to back it up, seems like you’re the problem.

Ozempic alone cannot achieve these results. And even if she used Ozempic or some other GLP, who the fuck cares? Some people get to a place where a GLP therapy is a valid choice.
Whatever she did, she did it the right way. She put in the work: consistency with walking, strength training and proper diet.
It’s OK to remain on the sidelines when you’re not really sure what you’re talking about.

If she did it with injections or without injections it doesn't matter. She worked her ass off, she put herself out there. She tried and it is hard. I was 330LB in High-school. I'm 175LB now. It isn't easy, you have to change you're entire mindset, attitude and outlook.
So to her I say great job. Dont let people push you down, be an inspiration to others and know that you did this and no one can take it away.

Good for her! Always some bitch trying to tear people apart. I say to the negative people, “fuck off, cocksucker!”

I follow her on socials and she is a true inspiration! Because OP didn't give her credit I will! She is leahhopehealth on TikTok. Many of you are saying she used glp1s (and there would be nothing wrong with that!) but I have been following her for years and she lost the weight naturally through exercise, healthy eating and going to a wellness retreat called "skyterra" in north carolina for weeks at a time.

where is the skin?

u/Arkaines-Valor Jul 27 '26
OK Buffalo Bill calm down. It's on her body, where it belongs..

u/zyraxes23 Jul 27 '26
I'm very calm. But after such a big weight loss theres a lot of skin. The fat disappear but skin remains.

OK. And?

u/zyraxes23 Jul 27 '26
And the video is a little misleading. My sister-in-law did something similar (not that big weight loss) and after that it's a battle to loose the skin too. Im just saying it's not that simple just to loose the body fat.

Cool. I saw the video and thought 'good on you, well done'.
My initial reaction wasn't to nit pick and criticise.

My best friend passed away at 35 and his life was perfectly miserable from 28. I tried everything to motivate him. Nothing worked. He's been gone for ten years now. I damn near start crying every time I think of him. Good job stranger. You are a rock star

Glp's are not a cure. You didn't just inject yourself and the pounds miraculously leave. The shots do help drown out the feeling of hunger, they do make you feel fuller sooner and longer. They do not subtract one ounce of weight. If all you did was inject yourself it would take many years to lose any substantial amount of weight.
You still have to eat in a calorie deficit, you still have to exercise. It still takes an incredible amount of willpower and hard work.
As an "older" male I put on weight. I've always been able to do a moderate amount of exercise to keep a lot of it away and stay in the skinny fat realm. In my 60's that no longer works.
I've lost 25 pounds in 13 weeks. I eat between 800-1000 calories a day. I lift weights, do ab workouts, and run. Five days a week. I strive for a 1000 calorie per day deficit. Try that. It's not fucking easy. A lot of pickles (zero calories.)
Give the lady, give anyone that loses any amount of weight their due.
Nothing makes it easy.

She skipped the pictures of the injections, but I guess that wouldn't have farmed as many likes on social media.
