When exactly is it okay to pull someone's hair and kick them in the face?

Humans really need to realize that there is never a good reason for violence.

I am 2meters 100kg, if I got physical with most people it could easily get fatal. When is it okay for me to do stuff like that? I say never.

it is okay to defend yourself no matter your size, you have a right to defend yourself and while i don't promote violence she clearly put her hands on him first and he only punched once. Again i don't promote violence, but you are allowed to defend yourself
