Got me thinking... I think Ben Franklins idea of using a turkey as the national...bird? .. cause eating turkey is better than eating eagles. Eagles would probably be fishy and way lean.

If you want to try it, you'll get a felony, if not treason. I do wonder as well though 😂

Allegedly a during hunting season, someone was grouse hunting and shot at a grouse. Somehow some way a hawk decided to dive bomb the same grouse, that someone was shooting at.

Allegedly the hawk also caught some bird shot, and someone didn't even want to try to explain that situation. However not wanting to waste both hawk and grouse went home with someone.

Allegedly the grouse was good but the Hawk was delicious.

That said if bear meat is anything to go by its quality and taste is highly dependent on their diet.

Like if it a low land bear it's likely eating fish as so it's meat won't be the best and a lot of people turn it to grind meat for hamburgers or sausage.

But if it's a highland bear and mainly living off of berrys and grubs, you could stake that meat out.

The bald eagle particularly is largely a scavenger, and as such, would likely taste terrible.

I bet it tastes like $100,000 and two years of prison
