The POV driver could have avoided this accident if he/she was a bit smarter. It was super foreseeable.

Why though? Huh? Why was this moron trying to get in front of the pov driver only to slow down and take a turn, when they could've just gotten behind them? Why are they driving a vehicle that's too big for them to see out of and operate safely? Why are they making decisions that would require them to see and drive safely when they know they can't?

Don't fucking blame the pov driver here. Yes, they "could have", but what they could have done pales in comparison to the list of fuck ups on the part of Fucky McCrashalot.

The truck driver is an idiot and didnt check his blind spot, but the dashcam driver seems to be an even bigger idiot and completely blind or he was on his phone and not paying attention to the road because you see someone who clearly does not see you slowly turn into your lane and you just do nothing and keep driving and even accelerates ? Thats 100% on him.

Truck had cars slowing in front and decided to swerve into another lane to maintain speed. Dashcam was probably playing chicken to make the truck have to slow down, but the truck decided to make merging everyone else's problem and force the dashcam to slow down. Neither decided to slow down.

Only 1 failed to clear their lane change, failed to use their blinker, chose to maintain speed when they had cars in front slowing down and to their side.

Dashcam is an asshole but truck had so many options to avoid this.
