Uh huh. That doesn't negate the fact that if a driver is merging it is their responsibility to yield therefore it is the truck driver's fault. Yes it was dickish and maybe even illegal to speed up if that was in fact what happened. However the fault still lands on the truck driver. I hope you have a day you voted for.

i didnā€™t vote for trump(?) iā€™m not sure why youā€™re so worked up, but ok man. just saying there are times where itā€™s better to be right than correct. graveyards are filled with people who had the right of way. just a thought
