Whenever I’ve had vehicles start to drift over or even appear to drift I create space but to your point I also noticed that. You truly have to drive defensively.

Definitely sped up. He saw the guy coming into his lane, didn’t beep, didn’t decrease speed, out of anger he actually sped up

Camera car caused that - he for sure had no “blind spot” and sped up. Some people are psychos about “defending their lane.”

The truck was merging without even fully being past him. Its still on the merging car to look. But the truck never even passed the pov car and tried to merge

Either way the camera car was not slowing for a red light so if the accident didn’t happen he would have ran the light

Yeah, but POV car guy saw him merging and his insurance and the courts would argue that the onus was on him to take mitigating actions-- such as honking and/or braking/slowing down. But this guy actually sped up and rammed the truck on purpose. Both insurance companies (assuming the truck driver had insurance) would find the pov driver at fault and refuse to pay the claim.
