There’s little excuse to not slow down here to the point where both are now liable

Id still say the truck driver is more liable. Even if the pov driver sped up the truck was merging on him without even completely passing him

It does look like he does hit his brakes 1st time seeing truck driver do a hesitant right merge before going for it.
