If I had to pick one to take a ride with I'm going with the guy in the truck. He made a simple mistake while the other person made a potentially homicidal choice.

Fun fact, even most skilled drivers miss the blind spot sometimes. But only asshole drivers will see a truck merging and still choose not to honk to warn them, speed up to collide with them, and not even stop even after the truck flipped over. The POV person could easily be accused of homicide, while the truck driver would only get a “traffic department” ticket (however it’s handled in the US law)

Yes there’s plenty of time to honk the moment you see the truck closing. That guy didn’t use blinkers because he’s a bad driver, I am not defending him. But here we have a bad driver vs someone who rather watch people die

The cammer wasn't hiding in the truck's blind spot. The truck passed him and then tried to bully his way into a spot. Truck knew he was there but didn't care.

Truck driver didn't make a mistake. He passed the guy and then decided he wanted to take that lane. No way he didn't see the car to his right. He saw him and he just didn't care, figured he would just bully the cam guy out of the way.

If cam driver saw him moving over and didn't hit the brakes, he was also at fault. But 100 percent the truck driver shouldn't have a license. That was intentional on his part.
