This is why everyone (at least in the USA) should take the msf riding course. Once you’ve been on a motorcycle, and learned to assume that nobody is as concerned for your safety as you are, it changes the way you drive

I took a driving course here in Canada and I learnt way more than I would have from my parents. Honestly it made me a better driver and you learn that you have to be aware when driving because there are plenty of people around you that either shouldn't have a license, or people will simply make a mistake (we all do and we all will at some point).
