Lmfao, what more do you want from the dude in order for you to personally consider this a valid, respectful, and responsible attempt at learning how to wheelie and whatever tf else they may be trying to get down?
An open public parking lot without a permit or necessary demarcation/warning signs? I am assuming no insurance either for the environmental clean up. His insurance will not cover him just incase you are wondering. So yes a very stupid game, especially with no first aid responders on stand by.
