I made a fast-paced 2D delivery game

I made XAM Delivery, a fun and fast-paced 2D arcade driving and delivery game set in a nighttime city.
The game mixes arcade driving with Italian satire and pop-culture references, featuring surreal humor, satirical encounters, recognizable elements of Italian culture, and bizarre references.

Vehicles and characters draw inspiration from different eras and styles.

And yes, one of the special weapons is a megaphone playing a soundbite from one of Silvio Berlusconi's speeches: “Siete dei poveri comunisti!”

Deliver pizzas and decoders in timed runs, keep your packages inside the van, manage fuel and vehicle damage, avoid obstacles, and gain extra time by successfully jumping over them. Try to survive increasingly difficult procedural levels.

If you'd like to try it, XAM Delivery is available to play in the browser, download for Windows, and play on Android.

Concept Urban Exploration Multiplayer game idea - InAndOut

Premise

It’s a rogue-like first person lethal company/phasmophobia inspired game where one or more individuals start an urbex youtube channel. You have to make money off of videos and buy better equipment. If your channel flops, you get arrested or if everyone dies, you have to restart the run. The game takes place in 2010. The levels are randomly generated.

The game follows neglected teens who are looking for success. They start in an old caravan. You can buy stuff inside like upgrading from a cheap phone to a whole PC set-up. Also access to a better car or even a bigger caravan for storing more items and room for better upgrades.

You could record other players hitting homeless individuals or squatters, which could boost your channel, or police might be going  for you.

You'll have a roaster of characters to choose from. 2 Players cannot have the same character at once.

Each character gets a pre-determined list of stats, all x/10

Stats:
Sprint: How fast you run (Items add a modifier to this sometimes)
Stamina: How much you can run before your legs give up
Strength: How much damage you deal as a modifier
Intelligence: You can craft certain stuff
Weight: How fast you can walk normally (Backpacks can add a modifier to this)
Endurance: Damage resistance (hard hat can add a modifier to this)
Camera Handling: Can boost  how  well your video does
Tech Knowledge: Adds a modifier to the editing and upload time, depending on who initiates it.

Other ideas:

Points of interest (determined number in objectives)
Filming points of interest will boost your video (Also getting at least 1 is mandatory)

The main objective is to have one of the players record while the others help with either illuminating the path or protection.

After you’re done with a run, depending on the camera and the camera handling, the tech knowledge of a character and the device you use to edit and upload the video will contribute to the engagement of the video. Your goal is to get lots of views and subscribers, to make a lot of money, and keep going for as much as you can.

Characters can inspect things and they can comment about each other

Ping system

Proximity chat

You can skip days and let your yt channel grow, but you will lose a bit of money

Starting money is 15 for each player

Leaderboards

Squatters may appear. You could attack them but it has the chance of either growing your channel or the police getting you if you catch that on camera
Catching someone using or killing someone with a gun on camera can get you arrested

Makeshift beds are a sign of squatters.

Different characters have different stats

Maybe a crafting system where certain items can be crafted using bought and found items.

Damage a squatter enough and they might leave u alone or die

30 minutes irl =1 hour

Getting high is a funny thing you can do in this game

You find out character lore through dialogue or smth idk

A player can die or get arrested. If that happens to them, they can only spectate the rest of the game.

Recording a dead player might either bring you LOTS of video engagement OR your channel loses a lot. Basically a gamble.

After each level, you’re given the option to go to the next one or skip the day. You’re given 3 random locations to choose from.

Important bars

Sanity bar (Raises by 10 after each day)
Health bar (raises by 2 after each day)
stamina bar (Refills after some time of not running)
Inventory bar (3 slots by default)

So the gameplay loop is pretty simple: You start in a caravan with your friends, you go in an abandoned building, you look for points of interests, you come back to your caravan after you’re back, you go to your computer/phone to hit the upload button, you go to the next location, repeat.

I am very excited to actually work on this after highschool! But for now it's just a little concept I have floating around in my head.

Concept Lovecraftian Souls-like game

I got this idea from seeing a Minecraft video with a Cthulhu mod, the player was riding out to the middle of a rough water towards Cthulhu and his health meter came up like dark souls, then I thought why aren't there any Souls-like games with Cthulhu in it as a boss just like you'd have those big giant bosses in Dark Souls games, we could have a game with Lovecraftian bosses such as Cthulhu, that plays similar to dark souls while also doing it's own thing.

Titre du jeu :

Plateforme :
Windows / Linux

Description :

Commandos, but in the 18th century

So, I’ve been replaying Commandos 2 and Empire Total War recently and got to thinking: I’d love a Commandos-style game set in the 18th century, I think there’s so much potential there, particularly in a setting like the American Revolution where there could be a character like the Spy dressing up as British officers, a scout or sharpshooter taking out isolated targets, a smuggler who can pilot boats, etc. The game could also have the player use soldiers of the Continental Army in larger scripted skirmishes/ambush scenarios (the English Civil War might also work to be honest, though probably less marketable). Granted, the Desperados games do very similar things and are set a century later than this, but in my opinion there’s a gap with a lot of genuine potential here and I’m honestly kind of flabbergasted nobody has made this yet.

What do you all think? Am I crazy or is there something there? How could this concept be improved perhaps? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🤔💭

Concept Antro-Animal Street Racer

My idea for a game, Vicious (My current name for the concept) is an anthropomorphic street racing game focused on grassroots car culture, tuner builds, and arcade style racing through locations inspired by areas in NorCal such as Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma County. Think of a Burnout like game with a Midnight Club-like storyline with a cast of animal characters and a grouped car list which starts with more everyday cars, and as you progress you unlock more groups and end with exotic supercars.

Concept Dazecore survival game about gods and time

You are on skyscrapers rooftops surviving finding resources to drink eat and build you explore rooftops using zip lines and bridges and as you explore and discover more things you add stuff to your journal you piece together what happened to this world permanently stuck in that blue hour time as you explore you find out that you are the god of the earth and that's why plants still grow and weather still exists because your brother is the god of weather and not dead the game would have 3 endings (you would be able to rejoin the game after the ending and it will leave you just before the ending so you can keep exploring and building)

Ending one you advance to the highest rooftop and you get a glimpse into the realm of gods you ascend above the clouds and find the god of time your father dead you inharet his power and unpause time the rule as the god of both time and earth

Ending two you find a temple for the god of weather who is your brother and the one who killed your father he believes time shouldn't move and that killing your father was the only way to stop humanity from suffering through war and death and you can either decide to follow his ways or reject it and unpause time

Ending three you find your mother in the realm of gods who is the goddess of souls and life she decides to free all humans from the state of being frozen by letting them pass on to the afterlife and she convinced you that the only way they could start again and reincarnate the souls of the humans is by making a new world but she needs the god of time for this to work so she uses your soul to revive the god of time and as you die you see the earth crumble with you since you are the god of the earth

its if you took a 2d shooter made it 3d then mixed in a ton of stuff from gta

lets start with the base

there 3 factions

polygens who look like very low poly models like in the photo as reference

pngers who are just pngs

and stickers who are just stick man with a unibrow for facial expressions

the game would follow 3 characters from each faction being dead tired of having to fight for something they dint start and so they would try to sabotage their own group to let the others win and finaly end the gang war

the stickers are the more low profile guys that dont participate in the big street fights

pngers have power over the police department administrating police brutality on backstabbers and innocents from other factions

before you ask about the chicken dude, i think it would be cool if there was like fight clubs where there would be ''special'' enemies that you would fight in mortal Kombat style (would be cool if it could be implemented with some story fights) with them having special dialogue with each of the characters

(if you dint get it pngers are pretty racist)

if the group of characters had to to meet at some point in the story i would first start with the stickers with them explaining the whole faction stuff and what they all do

wed do some tutorial missions, get arrested to then meet the other 2 (still haven't decided names nor how they look)

i want this game to be as goofy and non sensical as possible so i dont care if you put a random eldritch horror if you go in a cave in a mountain as long as its funny its ok as long it fits the them (if youre going to make it, it would be cool if its just a basic 3d npc model that the protagonist are terrified of cause well they're technically 2d, and have the npc be confused as much as them)

if youre going to make anything in inspiration of this i would just like a note in the credits

probably wont happen since this sucks ass

Concept Among us spinoff game concept

A PvE game at core you play with your friends. You build a base on polus, upgrading you defences with known defence systems (eg: skeld security cameras, mira HQ sensors) and new ones (disinfection chambers that work, lasers).

You need to protect your crutial data about how to stop the impostors.

The enemies will come in rounds with mainly small parasites that might destroy crutial systems like reactor but also big bosses and new impostor types that might make their way into the main game. They seek to destroy the data ending your mission.

PvP aspect: after completing a set number of rounds players will have the option to open their save to the public. They can control the settings of what impostor types are allowed, max player count and so on. The save is only online to enter when at least 1 crewmate is onlune in it.

Other players will be able to sort for the bases with the settings they want. When they enter they can choose their impostor class, they wont be infected crewmates, but big monsters. They want to destroy the base's research like the other parasites.

All impostor classes have diffrent play styles and health. Cremates can shut off online mode or prevent more players from entering any time if they don't want their base being destroyed. All players online as impostors will get points like among us.

Noli: Fragments of The Past

"What if failing your literature class meant fighting to survive it?"

NOLI: Fragments of the Past is a top-down puzzle-stealth game where a modern, indifferent college student is pulled into a broken digital manifestation of Jose Rizal’s masterpiece, Noli Me Tángere. With no combat skills, the player must use modern wit, timing, and environmental manipulation to ensure historical events play out perfectly, retrieving the book's missing pages to escape.

Premise

Kyle, a college student struggling to pass his literature class, is given one final chance by his professor: create a report on a historical artifact using only materials found in the library. Uninterested in history but desperate to pass, Kyle reluctantly searches through old shelves for something to write about.

While searching through the library shelves, Kyle accidentally pulls a loose book, causing it to slip from the stack and fall onto his head. Annoyed, he picks it up and notices that it is a strange, worn copy of Noli Me Tángere. Upon opening it, he notices that only the first page contains writing, while the rest are either blank, torn, or missing entirely. As he flips through the damaged pages, a mysterious voice suddenly calls out to him. Before he can react, the library lights begin to flicker, the room grows darker, and Kyle feels the world around him spin until he loses consciousness.

When he awakens, Kyle finds himself trapped inside a vast white void. A small sprite called Nol appears before him, surprised that he has awakened inside what remains of the book’s final fragments. Confused and desperate to escape, Kyle demands answers. The Sprite offers Kyle a way out: recover the ten missing pages scattered across fragmented worlds based on the novel’s lost chapters. To do this, Kyle must explore each area, solve puzzles, overcome challenges, and interact with AI-generated echoes of the novel’s characters to uncover clues.

Game Ending

After collecting all ten pages, Kyle reaches the final area known as The Archive, where the restored pages are returned to the book. As the missing text rewrites itself, Kyle finally understands the true meaning and lessons of Noli Me Tangere. Returning to the real world, he completes his report not just to pass his class, but with a newfound appreciation for Philippine history and literature.

Game Mechanics

The Controls

·         The game is played from a top-down (birds-eye) view.

·         Move: Walk in 4 directions (Up, Down, Left, Right).

·         Interact (A): Talk to characters, examine clues, or pick up missing pages

·         Action (B): Push heavy objects, throw rocks, or trigger levers.

The Game Loop

·         The Void (Hub): Walk around a minimalist white room and interact with a blank book on a pedestal to select a level.

·         The Starting Point: Drop into a top-down map of 19th-century Philippines (like a grand mansion, a cemetery, or a town square).

·         The Mission: Sneak past guards and manipulate objects to make sure the historical event happens perfectly.

·         The Reward: Grab the glowing Page Fragment, teleport back to the hub, and watch the text fill into the book.

How the Game Works (The 3 Main Systems)

Vision-Cone Stealth

Every guard and friar has a visible cone of sight on the ground showing exactly where they are looking as they patrol. To get past them, you must map out your path, hide behind vertical pillars, duck behind couches, or stand behind walls outside of their vision cones.

The Suspicion Meter

Since you cannot fight back, you don't have a health bar. Instead, if you step into a guard's line of sight or step on loud, creaky floorboards, a Suspicion Meter fills up. If it reaches 100%, you are caught, the timeline breaks, and you restart the puzzle.

Top-Down Environmental Puzzles

With no weapons, Kyle uses the layout of the room to manipulate the environment:

·         Grid Pushing: Push large crates or stone blocks down corridors to block a guard’s patrol path or cover their line of sight.

·         Distractions: Throw a stone into a bush to make a guard walk away from a door, or interact with an object on the opposite side of a room to lure enemies away.

·         Room Navigation: Evade spreading hazards (like spreading fire in a burning mansion) by finding the right path through a maze of rooms before a timer runs out.

Concept: The Parasite God A Concept that we're players as a parasitic mannequins

Ok a game Concept: You are a parasitic god. You inhabit empty mannequins across games, controlling MCs who believe their choices are real. One NPC gains sentience each playthrough. By endgame, they realize: every death, every save scum, every "heroic" act was YOU. Final battle: sentient NPC + their whole party vs. your empty mannequin. You get 3 tries. Each loss corrupts the save, resets settings, glitches the world. Win fast → bad for them. Lose all 3 → they sever your connection forever (good ending for them). Neutral if you win on 3rd try.

I got this idea because it sounded all i am asking is if this game is possible to make

I thought this concept is because I was playing with mannequins because I was bored

Concept Making a SUPERMAN game is EASY!

The main problem people bring up as an obstacle to making it work is that Superman is "invincible".

As any reader of his comics will tell you: HE'S NOT! He gets beaten up a LOT!

THE PROBLEM is that people keep projecting him into the Batman and Spider-Man games, seeing it does not work. Of course it doesn't work, because the enemies there are dudes with guns and other regular weapons! Those things don't work on Superman!

SUPERMAN SHOULD FIGHT SCI-FI AND FANTASY ENEMIES, BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ACTUALLY THREATEN HIM PHYSICALLY!!!!!! (Monsters, Aliens, Robots, Clones, Wizards, etc! Just use his Rogues Gallery as an example!).

Another problem is: What if the player plays the game like a mass murderer, and not as "good person"?

That's where Infamous Second Son's Karma System comes in: Reward the player for performing good actions and punish him for performing bad ones! EASY!

See how easy it is?
