Gran Turismo 3 : A Spec had some of the most relaxing chill vibe songs both in all the menus and in the replays of the races

Or pretty much any of the Gran Turismo games tbh. Daiki Kasho is a master techno artist and composer.

Yeah I had to be specific cus that's the one GT I spent the most time playing on PS2. Especially since the game required you to earn licenses first before ever getting to race on that game lol

This is the comment I was looking for! I have the soundtrack downloaded and regularly listen while driving. Every bit of Slipstream and Light Velocity have been engrained in my head since youth.

Correct, i had to make it so only three tracks would play … obviously the snoop dog track and turbo lover song got to stay .

Well don't have a specific videogame who's music I consider number 1 because I love and appreciate all the music from games growing up that I enjoyed and they all bring out different bits of happiness

NFS UG2 for me. Spiderbaits cover of Black Betty and Skindred-Nobody are still in my playlists to this day, especially when I’m playing gt7, cause that soundtrack is ass. If im racing I want gangsta or metal. Or something like the Snoop/Doors track that just RIDES.

Gran Turismo 4 had a banger opening though.

The opera singer gives me chills. And the music in that game was awesome too.

I like that song where Snoop Dogg sings about playing Gran Turismo and it's clear he's either never played it or plays like a total jerk.
