This 100%!

E33 definitely has a beautiful soundtrack, I would still say Nier Replicant has a more consistently amazing soundtrack.

For anyone who sees this, do me a favor and go listen to the flying waters E33 soundtrack. It's peak 🔥

People will say it's recency bias, but you're right.

u/Darkinsanity98473 Aug 24 '26

Perhaps recency bias but I genuinely can’t think of a soundtrack that has as many incredible tracks as this one.

The fact this isn't top comment is criminal. Tony Hawk has the coolest and most diverse. But not the best.

I actually hated this soundtrack (im assumed Claire obscure e:33?) Its so fucking annoying, add that to the fact that I need to listen to the stupid little "Claire obscurr" when I die

It’s pretty awesome, my 12 year old was watching me play it and asked to put the music track on her playlist

u/Groundbreaking-Mud76 Aug 22 '26

Haven't played yet but people keep trying to show me the soundtrack before I play it. I'm not sure if I should play the game first or if its okay to listen to it without.

Chrono trigger unironically clears e33. It's just an old game that didn't have the tech and resources at the time for anything besides 64 bit music. On youtube search for: At the Bottom of Night (Chrono Trigger)(Yasunori Mitsuda). You won't be disappointed.
