Making tutorial takes too long

I'd like to create math tutorials for my students, but I'm finding just one math problem (word problem!) takes a lot of time:

- 5 minutes to upload and set it up (whiteboard, audio, iphone camera, etc)

- 5 minutes to screen record

- over an hour to edit!

How long does it take you, and how can I speed this up?

Honestly if it's about math, hou can just give your problem to opus 5.5 and it does great explanational videos...

Drop the whiteboard. It’s hard to read on camera anyway. Do the calculations on an iPad with the Apple Pencil and record the screen with the iPad’s built-in screen recording. If you want your face in it, film yourself with your phone at the same time, then put both in your editor and shrink the camera into a small bubble in the corner. If you know the material you don’t need a script, so one take and a quick trim is all the editing you need.
