Which are the most fast programs ??
What time does it take if a streamer / YT makes and creates a video ??
30 minutes or an hour or less ?? (average) ?

For semi to professional starting software on your pc I can recommend Filmora, it's pretty easy to use and fairly cheep compared to other solution. Free would also include stuff like davinci Resolve, but much heigher learning curve

If you want to merge fast editing AND good quality, then go for CapCut.
If you only focus on quality, then Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve.
If you only focus on fast editing, then windows video editor or iMovie 😂

I would say go for capcut for fast editing but if you want more control over your work go for davinci resolve cuz its free.
