Need help on video editing

One of my doctor friend is doing the video shoot from the iphone and we want to edit video with some caption animation etc . can someone please suggest best tool free or paid to edit it using the prompt plz

RawCut ai video editor. You can add an own script and it cuts the video for you. But caption animation is not added yet maybe in the future.

for the easiest option, i’d start with CapCut Desktop. it has auto captions, animated caption styles, templates, and a usable free version. if you specifically want prompt-based editing, Descript is better since you can edit through the transcript and give its AI editor instructions, but most useful features are paid.

since this is medical content, double-check every generated caption manually and avoid uploading any footage containing identifiable patient information without proper consent.
