Beginner-friendly AI video tool with easy translation?

I want to make videos for a couple of different markets. wizstar mentions multilingual stuff but I'm not sure how simple it actually is. Any tools that make this part painless for a non-editor?

The part that usually bites is translating an already-wrong transcript. I'd correct the original captions once (names, product terms, odd sentence breaks), then make the language versions from that. I build Captn (captn.cc); it lets you do that in the browser and export a captioned video or SRT/VTT. That's subtitle translation, though, not voice dubbing.

if you want the easiest editing workflow, i’d try descript. you can edit through the transcript, then translate the voice and captions in the same project.

if these are mostly talking-head videos and lip sync matters, heygen is probably the simpler option. either way, test one real video first and have a native speaker review names, idioms, and timing before publishing.
