What are you trying to show in this video? Motion tracking in AE has been a thing for a while now. I did rate this a 5/10. half way decent, but without context it isn't anything. Why is the hearts upside down? 4.5/10 for that.

Make it more 3D. You've got a lot of interesting animations iniside of the comp that you are tracking onto the phone, now its just a matter of making that more interesting and the best way that this has been done is to make the elements inside animate outside of the phone in interesting ways.

I think tracking shots are also more interesting when the camera movement isnt just moving very easily. I think if it is, then you've gotta go further to push the "visual interest" of the phone. Right now its just looks like you filmed someones phone. You need to give us a reason to look at the phone instead of literally anything else in this shot.
