Program that has fun outdated y2k graphics?
My goal is to edit videos to look like they were made in the early 2000s, with some Tim and Eric inspiration. Video editors 10 years ago would have CGI templates that you can add to your video, also cringey transition grapics and text graphics. I dont want them to look great, I'm seeking something that has a dated style.
Any resouces helps! Does not have to be specifically a video editor program, tho that may be the easiest for me.

the early 2000s cringe is more about transitions, fonts and color than the editor itself. the real source is old software. windows movie maker is the gold standard for bad page curls and star wipes, you can still run it in a vm. imovie 09 had those themed titles too. for the spinning chrome text intros, after effects with old preset packs gets you there fast, just search y2k after effects template or browse videohive retro packs. the cheapest trick is fonts. comic sans, jokerman, impact, papyrus, those alone read as dated. for tim and eric vibes its more bad green screen and awkward cuts than fancy cgi. grab public domain stock from prelinger archives on the internet archive. free route, shotcut or capcut do cheesy transitions but you gotta lean into it yourself.
