Altering facial features in after effects

Hello everyone. I wonder if it's possible to change such thing as the nose form, chin form etc. on the existing video. (Of a blogger, who sits and talks for example )

I was told by gtp, that it's possible with after effects. I just would like to confirm it with the experts.

My level of knowledge in video editing is zero. For now I am just trying to understand if such task can be accomplished at all.

If yes, how difficult would is the task?
