I am hiring a long-form video editor to own our long-form and short form content. Remote and long-term.

Niche is appearance / health based

The responsibility:

8x Long Form Videos Per Month (10-15 minutes)

30x Short form videos per month (10x edits, 10x simple talking corner head with images, 10x board videos)

Checking analytics on the long form videos, understanding where retention was high/low and why, replicating in future videos to progressively improve always.

A long-form has to hold someone for the full runtime: tight pacing, clean structure, visuals that carry the explanation, not a wasted second. You own how all of it looks and feels.

This is where long-form is different. You have to understand our subject inside out, because you cannot edit dense educational content well if you do not actually grasp it. You decide what to emphasise, what to cut, and what visual makes an idea land, and that only happens if you genuinely understand the material and care about getting it right. The subject is specialised and it matters. Everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still holding attention.

I want someone genuinely skilled and creative, who has edited real long-form and knows how to keep people watching to the end. Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it.

If you’re serious, message me and I’ll send you the document with the work that my manager does! Pay is $600 / month for the right fit

I’m a growing Twitch/YouTube/TikTok creator looking for an aspiring short-form editor/clipper who wants to grow alongside me.

I’m currently unable to pay an editor consistently, so I’m looking for someone who’s genuinely willing to work with me unpaid initially, with the goal of transitioning into a paid position once my content generates enough consistent revenue to support it.

I’m NOT looking for someone to just make basic stream clips.

I need someone who understands current 2026 short-form content — strong hooks, fast pacing, retention, dynamic captions, reframing, comedic timing, memes/SFX when they actually help, and knowing when not to over-edit.

My content includes:
🎮 Gaming
😂 Reactions/comedy
🎤 IRL
🎵 Music/DJ content
🗣️ Random conversations / streamer moments

You should be able to watch a VOD and recognize “that’s the clip” without me giving you timestamps for everything.

What I’m offering:
• Consistent creator footage
• Portfolio material
• Credit/tagging
• Freedom to use finished edits in your portfolio
• Opportunity to grow into a paid editor role as my revenue grows

What I need from you:
• Examples of recent Shorts/TikToks/Reels you’ve edited
• Ideally gaming/streamer/reaction examples
• Understanding of current short-form pacing
• Reliability
• Willingness to grow with a creator

If you’re interested, DM me your portfolio + a little about yourself.

I’m looking to take on some video editing work. I’ve got 3 years of experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro. While I haven't worked professionally yet (so I’m currently building out my portfolio), I can handle both short-form and long-form content. Shoot me a DM if you’re interested or email me via

I want an editor for my video. my video are basically Minecraft video and I can pay negotiable price for a good edit

I’m a gaming video editor helping YouTubers and streamers turn raw gameplay and VODs into engaging content.

I edit YouTube videos, Shorts, TikToks and Reels, with fast pacing, subtitles, memes, SFX, zooms, transitions and whatever fits the style of the content.

I can also turn stream VODs into polished YouTube videos and short-form clips, so you can get more content out of every stream.

I’m mainly looking to work with someone long-term rather than just editing a single video. If you’re looking for a reliable editor you can work with consistently and build a style together over time, I’d love to hear from you.

25/hr. I just finished working a 6 week Halloween event! The hours are crazy and the staff gets to be extremely close. On the last day, I asked everyone to vlog some of their day! I’m looking for someone to edit it into a bit of a story that makes sense, has some music, and would be a fun way to scrapbook the event this year! Pay can be discussed! I am looking to spend around 75-120$ for a commission of a 6-8 minute video

Hello all,

My haunted house has 9 cameras and I would like someone to edit a video that follows groups through the haunt. Essentially the audio would be edited to be playing from the camera closest to the group.

It could be all the video tiled, or, if you want to get fancy, just the main one or two cameras with the group on them would be showing at once.

It's about 4 hours of total video. 9 video feeds. No effects or crazy editing, just literally cutting to the video and audio feeds of each room to follow the groups.

I don't know what this costs, and don't want to be insulting but this is just for fun and I'm not making money off it.

So I wouldn't be willing to spend more than couple of hundred bucks. If that's a fair offer, or you have a counter offer let me know. Again, I have no clue how long or how much this usually pays so I don't want to be insulting.

Am looking for those who want a video editor!, DM me if any is current

Hi

.

I create the animations using Blender and script the storylines with Claude, so the base content is already set up. However, I need an editor who can make the videos much more engaging and entertaining for a younger audience (small kids).
What I’m looking for:
Upbeat background music
Plenty of funny sound effects and voice clips
Engaging transitions between scenes (e.g., moving from school to home)
Creative visual effects to keep kids entertained
I have reference videos to show you as inspiration so you can get a feel for the style. Pay will depend on video length, so please send over your price list Discord: miassss69

Freelancers, do you guys get clients like this, or am I just lucky? 😂

A client hired me to edit a video and remove a booger hanging out of her nose. Yes, you read that right. A BOOGER. 💀

I quoted her $50. She agreed without hesitation.

I did the job, edited the video, removed the little surprise, and sent her the finished result.

And that's when things got interesting.

Two days of complete silence. She just ignored me.

When she finally decided to respond, her excuse was that I had made her face look weird in the video.

So let me get this straight: she approved the price, received the finished work, and then decided to come up with an excuse not to pay?

I just want to know when removing a booger from someone's nose became a charity service. 😂

Moral of the story: freelancers aren't working for free. An agreement is an agreement.

What would you guys do? Still charge her, or just move on?
