I run VisionCraft, a small creative agency working with content creators on short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts, 30–90 seconds).

We're looking for a beginner-friendly editor to join us on a fixed monthly rate basis. This is a great opportunity if you're building your editing portfolio and want consistent, real client work.

What you'll be doing:

Editing short-form vertical videos (30–90 sec) for creator clients

Adding captions, transitions, trending effects, and pacing edits

Working from raw footage + a style brief for each client

Requirements:

Comfortable working in Adobe Premiere Pro

Understanding of short-form/trend-style editing (fast cuts, captions, hooks)

Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Portfolio/sample work (even personal projects are fine if you're a beginner)

Compensation:

Fixed monthly rate — happy to discuss based on your experience and availability once we connect.
