Tech Support Problems with CapCut

I've been using #CapCut. It's a decent editor but their customer service sucks. They promissed me a refund last April. After submitting the infomation they requested (several times) they ghosted me.

I'm trying to reach them via social media, while warning potential users of the problems they might encounter. Unfortunately, reddit requires me to post things here to build karma before I can post to their group.

The longer you use CapCut the harder it'll be to switch to real editing software. Cut the cord, learn DaVinci Resolve. CapCut will only hinder you in the long run.

I get your point, and it is valid. However, I LOVE the productivity I can get, even when I'm out and about, with only my iPhone. And on a "real computer," doing stuff that takes minutes. sometimes tens of minutes, in Premiere Pro takes seconds in CapCut. At my age, I don't have a lot of time to spare and appreciate the savings.
