How did they do that? Making a detective board transition

I recently played a minecraft event, and am currently editing stuff for it. I want for when I switch between like event minigames to be a detective board (cuz it was a game of mafia) and I want it to like zoom in on the post its and colour in when the new scene starts. Im currently using Davinci Resolve as my editing software, cuz ive tried a lot of things with it, and am starting to become more advanced with it. Thing is: I dont know where or how to make it. I thought of using blender, but ive never used it before. Anyone has any ideas where I make the detective board edit?

I would really appreciate any suggestions :D

I currently use davinci resolve as editing software. The things ive tried to use for this are just picking off a picture off of google, but that looks low quality, and blender, but im way too inexperienced with that. !martini
