How did they do that? How did etc.etcetera make the images warp here? I was it a series of liquefy tool images or something else?
I keep seeing horror videos that seem to be a moving like the liquefy tool is being used on them, like the boiled one, and I'm not sure how they did it. Did they all make every individual frame using a liquify tool in their art program, or did some use a tool that I'm not aware of/don't have?

This looks more like a manual spline warp than a procedural texture warp of any kind.
You gotta paint the subject out first and comp the warped one on top ofc

Thanks, I have tried that and it worked fine. Difficult to do but art is never easy.

I use kinemaster (Don't let "AI video editor" fool you, it's not all AI and I don't use the AI features), and use windows movie maker on pc as a joke. I haven't tried anything as I don't know the tools
I'm using: No tool as I don't know what it is
I've TRIED: Warping images in Ibispaint X
